Despite all efforts to keep cities and neighborhoods clean, there is still one place that remains smeared with dirt and filth. Difficult to guess, but the answer isn’t a mystery either – it’s the very bins we use to transfer trash and garbage. Advanced Bin Cleaning was founded to tackle this environmental disaster head on and address the cleanliness challenge that until now hasn’t had many takers.

Though residents may at times clean their garbage cans, it can be a tedious time consuming and potentially harmful process. What’s needed is a professional service that does a perfect, timely and efficient job. Advanced Bin Cleaning is that company, and guarantees eliminating 99.9% of harmful germs lurking in trash bins.

FAQ’s

If I sold my home or move will I be eligible for a refund?

Our affordable pricing is calculated on the number of commitments to bin cleanings. If you are moving away from our service area, instead of a refund, we prefer that you transfer the service to the new homeowners.

What if the trash service didn't pick up or is running late?

If the trash service is not complete by 4:00 pm we will text you options to reschedule.

What holidays are observed by Advanced Bin Cleaning?

Our Holidays are the same as the Frisco Waste Management Holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving day. If your cleaning day lands on one of these holidays, we will skip these days (these days do not count towards your # of cleanings)

Where are the cans placed after cleaning?

We do not open any gates or garages but can place your trash cans by the garage or by the side of the house if it is accessible.

How will I know if my bins have been cleaned?

We will leave a removable green or blue tape tag on each of your bins to notify you that they have been cleaned. You don’t have to be present at the time of the cleaning to have your bins cleaned.

Do you send out reminders before you come?

Yes, we will send you a text message to remind you the day before service.

What days do you service?

Our cleanings are on the same day as your trash and or recycle pick up days, we wash yours cans curbside after they are dumped. You do not need to be there while we complete the service.

Had two nasty bins with strong odors. I sent an email to ABC to request a quote and ask for service within the next week or two. To my surprise, they were able to clean the bins thoroughly the next day. Bins smelled fresh and no longer had that nasty film and layers of grunge on them. And the price was reasonable. My thanks to Jeff and the team for their prompt and thorough action. I’ll be recommending ABC to others and likely scheduling additional cleaning and power washing.

I saw an television advertisement for Advanced Bin Cleaning several months ago. I was immediately interested in the service provided. I contacted the company and very quickly and happily became a loyal client. We live in a townhome where the trash and recycling bins must be kept in the garage. Anyone who has lived in North Texas during the extremely humid months knows that humidity and garbage smells are not pleasant. Advanced Bin Cleaning ended that problem permanently. The garage smells great! The company is very well organized. You set up the schedule you prefer, give ABC your garbage/recycling schedule, approximate time of garbage pickup and your method of payment. I get a text the day before cleaning will be done and an online statement within just hours after the service is done. You do not need to be at home. ABC pressure washes my bins every three months. You can pick the frequency best for you. What an amazing service! In times like we are experiencing now, attention to cleanliness is so important. The bins are pressure washed and steamed. Excellent company and staff.

Thought I would be nice and bring the trash bin in for my husband ?. When I got close to them with the lid open, it smelled so bad! Remembered a post from ND app about ABC. Went straight in called around noon and Jeff was here, after recycle came, and sanitized both. Had them rolled up my driveway out of the street. My husband was very thankful! Great company and customer service. Definitely recommend!!
